Come to your appointment alone.

If you must bring a guest, please inquire with your artist first to ensure it is appropriate for your appointment type. They must be 18+.

Running Late?

I recommend planning to arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment. I tend to schedule my appointments close together to make the most use of my time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late I will not be able to accept you and we will have to reschedule. Your deposit is only good for one reschedule. No shows/no calls within 15 minute time frame will forfeit booking fee.

Non-Refundable Booking Fee.

Most appointments require a deposit of $150. This is required to make your appointment. This is NOT refundable. This helps ensure I have the most availability for serious clients.

Need to reschedule?

Please be courteous of my time and warn me at least 24-hours before your appointment if you know you will not be able to make it. Your first booking fee is good for one reschedule. Each additional reschedule will forfeit previous booking fee.

Refunds.

No refunds will be given once service has been completed. If you are unhappy with your results please come to me and we will see what we can work out.

Confirm Your Appointment.

Please ensure to check your email or text and confirm your appointment. If your appointment is not confirmed on the morning of, it will cancelled and a notification will be sent to you detailing why it was cancelled. Booking fee may be forfeited.
