  • Avoid Eye Makeup: Refrain from wearing mascara, eyeliner, or any eye makeup 24 hours prior to your appointment. This ensures your lashes are clean and free from oils or makeup residue that could interfere with the adhesive bond.
  • Clean Lashes: Make sure your natural lashes are thoroughly cleaned before your appointment. We recommend using a gentle lash cleanser or an oil-free makeup remover to ensure no leftover product is present.
  • Skip the Curling: Do not curl your natural lashes before your appointment. Our lash expert will ensure the perfect curl during the application process.
  • Arrive on Time: Give yourself plenty of time to relax during your appointment. UV-cured lash extensions require a precise application, and arriving early will ensure you have a stress-free experience.
  • Skip Caffeine: Avoid caffeine approximately 4 hours prior to your appointment to avoid fluttery eyes. This will help ensure the best attachment and longevity.

  • No Touching or Rubbing: Avoid touching, rubbing, or pulling at your lashes. This can cause them to weaken or even fall off prematurely.
  • Keep Oils Away: Be mindful of products like moisturizers, eye creams, or makeup removers that contain oils, as they can break down the adhesive and cause premature shedding.
  • Use Oil-Free Products: Opt for oil-free makeup removers and cleansers when cleaning around your eyes. Regularly cleaning your lashes with a gentle, lash-safe cleanser will help maintain their longevity.
  • Avoid Heat & Steam: Try to avoid exposing your lashes to extreme heat or steam, such as in saunas, hot tubs, or while cooking. Excessive heat can affect the adhesive bond or damage the extensions.
  • Brush Your Lashes Daily: Use a clean spoolie brush to gently comb through your lashes each day to keep them neat and separated.
  • Book Your Fills: Make sure to book your fills every 2-3 weeks to maintain your lashes look and health. Jazzie recommends having 6-8 weeks worth of appointments to ensure you have your favorite spot.
